In the past more than three years, PRO Leadership has been making some progresses because of its dedicated Board of Directors who have been donating their time and finance to execute its programs, and due to the advices of its Board of Advisors.

However, the organization needs, at least, a part-time CEO who can run the day-to-day activities of PRO Leadership. According to the bylaws of PRO Leadership, “The day to day activities of the Corporation shall be run by the Executive Office under the leadership of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO)”. Below are a few duties of the CEO:

The CEO shall:

• Subject to the control of the Board of Directors, supervise and control the day-to-day affairs of the Corporation and the activities of the Executive Officers.
• Execute the day-to-day activities of the Corporation and administer staff, finances, and manage all events and activities carried out at each project and event.
• Attracts volunteers together with Officers of each Program.

At this stage, we may not need a fulltime CEO. However, we need some one on a part-time basis to accomplish these and other important tasks:

• Recruit, train, and guide volunteers;
• Organize programs that benefit stakeholders;
• Coordinate efforts such as fund raising; and
• Execute other duties the Board deems urgent and necessary.

At this point, we have two options. To find:

1. A volunteer CEO who can donate 4 hours per day, or
2. Funds and hire a part-time CEO.
