1.     Adopted the bylaws

6.     Crafted our fifty-year strategic directive and three-year strategic plan

7.     Federal tax exemption: 503 (c)(3) tax exempt status from IRS

8.     Maryland State income tax exempt

9.       Six graduates from Bronze Mentoring Program

10.   Published a book (Redefining Leadership)
