 The highest decision making body of PRO Leadership is its Board of Directors, who have the moral obligation to work for the best interest of the organization. The main task of the Board is to provide direction to the Executive Offices- which run the day-to-day activities of PRO Leadership, and monitor the activities of the organization. The Board makes sure that the organization abides to its bylaws, obeys Federal and State Laws, and other regulations pertaining to non-profit organizations. It also strives to make the organization live up to its values, and accountable to its clients, partners, and supporters.
Assegid Habtewold is the owner of Success Pathways, LLC. Assegid has diverse professional background and earned Doctor of Veterinary Medicine, masters in Computer Science, and certificate in advanced studies in Strategic Leadership. Currently, he is a third year student and pursuing Doctor of Strategic Leadership at Regent University, Virginia Beach, VA. He is also a motivational speaker, coach, facilitator, and consultant at Success Pathways.

Ms. Azeb G. Belay
 Azeb G. Belay has years of project coordination, health management and direct nursing experience with several international NGO's and Hospitals in Ethiopia and Central Africa. She is a well organized and goal oriented person. She is strong and inspirational leader with a talent for problem solving of day to day operations. Currently, she is a Registered Nurse working as Operations Manager at HCP, LLC a Home Care Agency in Northern Virginia. Her passion in helping the less fortunate children who lack basic needs and making them tomorrow’s leaders has brought her to serve as PRO Leadership Global Inc Board of Director.
Seceretary Negash N. Mohammed (CPA)
Treasurer
Negash is an accountant at American Federation of Government Employees. He has a strong financial and accounting background. He got his first degree in Accounting from Addis Ababa University, Ethiopia in 2003. Proceed to that, he earned his MBA in Finance from University of Northern Virginia in 2007. He had worked in different positions at Commercial Bank of Ethiopia, the biggest bank in the country. Currently, he is a member of Virginia Society of CPA (VSCPA). Negash’s passion to serve others using his experiences and professional skills attracted him to serve as a Board of Director and Treasury of PRO Leadership.
Zebiba J. Fletcher
Director and Marketing Officer Zebiba is a CRM Coordinator at IR USA, a non-profit, relief organization. She has contributed to other development agencies like USAID. In addition to business and management background, Zebiba developed strong interest towards Information Systems Management and is prospective 2011 graduate. She speaks two other Ethiopian languages fluently in addition to English. She enjoys mentoring others to become the best they can be especially towards their carrier advancement. This love to help others has aligned her with PRO Leadership INC. |
